Catherine Littlefield

Catherine Littlefield (1905 — 1951) was an American ballerina and choreographer, one of the first inductees (1987) into the Hall of Fame of the National Museum of Dance.[1]

She founded the Philadelphia Ballet Company in 1935.[1]

Catherine Littlefield was also famous for ballets on bicycles and ice skates.[1]

Littlefield was inducted into the National Museum of Dance C.V. Whitney Hall of Fame in 1987.
